The Humane Society of the United States called on October the 23rd to ask if we could
get their Command Post trailer out to San Diego for the fires. We left at 2:30 pm
Tuesday and arrived at 6 am on Thursday. After setting up the command post,
Ronnie took the rest of the day and slept while Chris flew home to Florida.

Ronnie Graves got up on Friday morning and spent all day Friday and Saturday helping the animals in  Jamul and Dulzura. Constant heat and dryness were the worst of the day for comfort level. The team  that Ronnie worked with helped over 500 animals in the two days and countless people who needed   help. On Sunday morning, Ronnie started back east with the rig and arrived home in
Florida on Tuesday night.
